Honors Way Care Home is a licensed RCFE located in Moreno Valley, CA. We provide 24-hour supervision and care services in a comfortable and hospitable environment. Our services range from meal preparation, assistance with their activities of daily living (ADLs) and more.

Honors Way Care revolves around the concept of interactive caregiving. This gives opportunities to enrich all aspects of our patients lives, while also making them feel at home.

Our care home consists of 6 beds, therefore our services are personalized and our patient's needs will be met to the highest of expectations. We are here for your loved ones and will passionately enhance their quality of life.
